The Ipsalu Tantra Practicum is an experiential course which builds toward
Initiation of Cosmic Cobra Breath. Cobra Breath facilitates the opening of your third
eye so that you can see yourself, your relationships and your life more clearly,
thus enabling you to make more conscious decisions and align with your soul’s purpose.
These classes are an opportunity for you to incorporate into your daily life the principles and practices offered in the “Jewel in the Lotus” and “The Ipsalu Formula”.

The Practicum is an alternative to attending Ipsalu Tantra Level 1 course.
For those who already have Cobra Breath,

Course Tuition is $330 which includes 6 Practicum Lessons from Ipsalu Tantra. Couples, paying together, who wish to share the Practicum Lessons and the books, the tuition is $195 for the second person. Repeaters tuition is $195. The two required books are: “Jewel in the Lotus” and “The Ipsalu Formula – A Method for Tantrabliss". Both book are available for purchase from Stacey or Amazon.com
While there is no explicit sexual activity during these classes,
you will learn techniques to do privately, alone or with a partner.

Stacey Wilkinson is a Certified Ipsalu Tantra Kriya Yoga Teacher & Mentor with Ipsalu Tantra International. Immersed in her own journey of body-oriented spiritual work and depth psychotherapy since 1976, she is well-trained in a variety of healing modalities. Stacey is a certified hypnotherapist, spiritual counselor, and gifted clairaudient. Significant teachers over the past 30 years include Swami Muktananda, Osho, David Deida, Paul Ferrini, Mantak Chia, Margot Anand, and Babaji. She is deeply committed to assisting others on a path of spiritual awakening to Divine Consciousness. Stacey is available for mentoring & training for individuals and couples in the South Bay Area.
